2008 CLASS SCHEDULE - 2009 CLASS SCHEDULE
WORKSHOP REGISTRATION DETAILS:
Deposits:
Non-refundable deposit (plus flower or model fees) for each
class in which you are enrolling. If you wish to transfer your enrollment
to another class in the School of Oil Painting, you must do so before
the tuition balance is due. Deposits are not transferable after
the balance due date. A $50 transfer fee will be charged.
Model/Flower Fees:
Model & Flower Fees must be paid with enrollment deposit and
are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Balances:
You are responsible for paying all balances by the due dates,
45 days before first day of each class. You will receive confirmation
of enrollment with balance due date noted for each class. If you
pay your deposit by credit card, your balance will automatically
be charged to the same card on the balance due date if you do
not pay by another method before then. No reminders will be
sent. Supply list will be sent upon receipt of balance of tuition
payment(s).
Cancellation/Refunds:
No refunds for cancellations. This includes no-shows or withdrawals
after a workshop has begun. No refunds for any reason unless the
workshop is cancelled by Liliedahl Fine Art Studio. This policy
is strictly enforced. Please call us if you have questions regarding
this policy. If you cannot attend the class, you are free to sell
your position to anyone you please. Alternatively, if we have a
waiting list for the class, we will attempt to sell the class for
you.
We reserve the right to cancel any class for lack of enrollment
or circumstances beyond our control, and to refund all tuition collected
for the cancelled class. Classes which do not reach the minimum
enrollment by the tuition-due date are subject to cancellation.
We advise you to purchase refundable air tickets in the event any
class is cancelled for lack of enrollment. No workshop will be cancelled
within 30 days of the start of the class.
Payment Method:
We accept personal checks, Money Orders, or Visa, MasterCard, Discover
and American Express credit cards if mailed or faxed with cardholder
signature and billing address. NOTE: While we will be happy to "pencil
you in" to hold your space in the class of your choice for
a few days, you must submit an Workshop Enrollment Form immediately
afterwards to be officially enrolled. Please call or email us and
we'll be happy to mail/fax you the necessary form right away.
