Learn old master techniques of glazing, scumbling, transparent underpainting and opaque opverpainting techniques, such as those used by 19th century masters. Learn portrait techniques that can be applied to all your portrait paintings.

One instructor will demonstrate and give verbal instruction while the other instructor will circulate to give one-on-one assistance during the class.

This class will give the beginning portrait painter a good start on becoming a good portrait or figurative painter.
