Oil Painting Workshops/Seminars

Johnnie conducts oil-painting Workshops all over the United States , Canada , and Europe . In addition, Johnnie also conducts week-end workshops, seminars and semester-style courses in oil-painting and drawing in her own studio near Houston , Texas , where she provides an intensive study environment for students.

Johnnie offers a complete schedule of workshops designed to train painters in the academic theories, methods and techniques of traditional, representational, realistic oil painting. Students successfully completing each workshop will receive a Certificate of Completion in that area of study. When all core workshops (6) have been completed, a Certificate of Graduation will be awarded in the Study of Traditional Oil Painting. This will entitle the student to attend the Mentoring Workshops and enter the Teacher Certification Program.

After Certification, teachers will be advertised as "trained by Johnnie Liliedahl in the methods of the Old Masters." Referrals will be given for classes which the Certified Instructors teach at local and national levels and their activities will be listed both in are national advertising in art trade magazines and on our web site.
